Netherlands – Repair and maintenance services – Inspanningsgericht bouwkundig onderhoud Provincie Noord-Brabant

The Province of Noord-Brabant intends to launch a European public procurement procedure for the maintenance-intensive building maintenance of the Provincial House Noord-Brabant (municipal monument) and the Museum Quarter (partially national monument) in 's-Hertogenbosch. The contract includes preventive and corrective maintenance, replacement of building components, and ensuring the required condition in accordance with NEN 2767. The procurement aims to contract one contractor for a reliable and sustainable maintenance service for a period of 10 years. The contract concerns the maintenance-intensive building maintenance for the Provincial House Noord-Brabant and the Museum Quarter in 's-Hertogenbosch. The current property size is approximately 67,000 m² BVO. The scope of the contract is dynamic and may change during the contract period due to the addition, change, or removal of buildings, building components, or facilities.
