The subject of the procurement is the service of investigating and establishing the monitoring of the status of target and other significant species and habitat types in the ZK Baraćeve špilje and associated areas of the ecological network and the wider catchment area of the Grabovac – Suvaja – Kršlja watercourses, with the aim of assessing the effectiveness of the implemented restoration and conservation measures, better knowledge of the area and long-term improvement of the management of biodiversity conservation. The entire subject of the procurement is divided into 5 groups: Group 1* - Service of establishing the monitoring of the status of meadow habitats and education Group 2** - Service of systematic speleological and speleodiving multidisciplinary research and documentation of the cave system Group 3** - Service of biospeleological research and establishment of monitoring of target species of subterranean invertebrates and bats and education of JU staff Group 4* - Expert services for establishing the monitoring of the status of the target species of the stream crayfish (Austropotamobius torrentium) Group 5** - Service of hydrogeological research and monitoring and education * Group 1 and Group 4 of the subject of the procurement are carried out as separate procurements to which the rules applicable to simple procurement apply, pursuant to Article 23.3.2. of the ZJN. The procedures are carried out in accordance with the rulebook on the implementation of simple procurement procedures of the contractor. ** Group 2, Group 3 and Group 5 of the subject of the procurement are carried out in accordance with the ZJN as an open procedure for public procurement of high value, public announcement in the EOJN RH and TED – Supplement to the Official Journal of the EU. Since the procurement of services of Group 1 and Group 4 is carried out as separate procedures, for the stated reasons the scope of services of Group 1 and 4 does not form part of the required scope of services being procured through this open procedure for public procurement. A detailed description of the subject of the procurement Group 2, 3 and 5, as well as the type and scope of services and the requirements related to their implementation, are precisely determined by the Project Tasks and Cost Estimates of the individual groups.
