The services are paid for by lump sums. The contract has the following objectives: ? the dismantling and removal of the existing obsolete variable speed equipment, for which spare parts are no longer guaranteed by the manufacturer; ? the supply of a new variable speed drive and motor control system, technically and functionally equivalent to or superior to the existing system; ? the mechanical integration of this equipment into the existing electrical cabinets, located at height on the crane structure; ? the complete electrical connection (power, control, sensors, encoders, communication networks); ? the parameter setting, commissioning, functional checks and tests, first unloaded and then with progressive loading up to the nominal load and the regulatory test; ? the supply of technical documentation, the training of operating and maintenance personnel, and the guarantee of proper functioning of the renovated installation.
