1. The subject of the procurement is the supply of 17 patrol vehicles under the basic order with an option to increase the order by 15 units. 2. The Detailed Subject of Procurement (DSP) containing all the requirements of the Contracting Authority is Annex No. 1 to the Notice. 3. The Contracting Authority, in accordance with Article 257 of the Pzp Act, provides for the invalidation of the procurement procedure, if the public funds, which the Contracting Authority intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the procurement, are not granted to it.
