This mission involves assisting the contracting authority with:

- The award and monitoring of all contracts and orders related to the operation (PI contracts / works contracts / maintenance - operation / complementary contracts / similar services / amendments / DGD / etc.).

- Advising, monitoring and overall management of the operation and all stakeholders, as well as coordination with the contracting authority's teams.

- Financial and accounting advice, management and monitoring of the operation.

- Administrative and contractual advice and monitoring of contracts and contracts related to the operation.

- Monitoring the acceptance of the work.
