Denmark – Rechargers – ELB - Levering og montering af 320 kW ladestandere
Description
AarBus (Busselskabet) in cooperation with Aarhus Municipality (Contracting Authority) is in the process of replacing fossil-fuelled buses with electric buses. From 2020 to the present, charging infrastructure for electric buses has been progressively installed at AarBus’ three depots, located at:
- Munkevejen 4, 8381 Tilst,
- Jegstrupvej 5, 8361 Hasselager, and
- Stokagervej 15, 8240 Risskov.
The current tender concerns the delivery, assembly, and installation of charging stations for AarBus’ bus depots in Aarhus, according to the specification (Annex 1). The scope is:
- Jegstrupvej 5:
- Sub-project 1: 18 charging points, to be equipped with a separate power distribution unit (Area A)
- Sub-project 2: 32 charging points (Area B)
- Stokagervej 15:
- Sub-project 3: 8 charging points
In addition to the delivery and assembly of the charging stations, the Tenderer must enter into an agreement with AarBus regarding the service, operation, and maintenance of the charging stations – (Service Level Agreement "SLA"). The terms "charging station" and "charging infrastructure" are used synonymously in the tender documents and refer to a charging station. Aarhus Municipality will own the purchased charging stations, etc. Furthermore, Aarhus Municipality will pay the connection fees, and the ongoing electricity consumption will be billed directly between AarBus and the electricity company. The construction and electrical work, including the assembly and electrical connection of the charging stations, will be carried out by another enterprise. However, the supplier must be prepared for cooperation and dialogue with the construction contractor.
Given the possibility that the portfolio of electric buses may be expanded in the coming years, the following option is available for the current tender:
- Option: Concerns the delivery, assembly, and installation of 36 charging points. The option also includes a service agreement (SLA) for the same number of charging points as the option concerns. The option is further described in the Tender Conditions and Draft Agreement. The requirements for the service are further described in the tender documents. The tender documents are available in electronic format on RIB Software (Byggeweb) with tender number: TN471575.
