France – Restoration work – Consultation pour la passation de marchés de travaux pour le projet de rénovation passive de la résidence étudiante du Technopôle, à Plouzané (29)

The contract concerns the energy renovation and restructuring of a student residence with 255 units, approximately 9,500 m², located in Plouzané. The operation aims to achieve an energy label of A and a reduction of more than 80% in consumption. The works include, among other things, the insulation of the envelope, the refurbishment of the roof, the replacement of joinery, the installation of a double-flow ventilation system, the creation of a heating and domestic hot water system by geothermal energy with gas backup, as well as works to bring the building up to standard and interior restructuring. The works will be carried out on a site in use, with interventions in phases of 16 units.
