The Hanseatic and University City of Rostock plans to expand and functionally adapt the primary school "John Brinckmann" in the Brinckmansdorf district. The aim is to improve the spatial conditions for operation as a full-day primary school. For this purpose, additional classrooms, subject rooms, and functional rooms are to be created, the teachers' room is to be expanded, and rooms for school social work and trainees are to be provided. In addition, the expansion of the sanitary facilities and the creation of barrier-free access, in particular to the upper floor, are planned. Further information can be found in the tender documents.
