The contracting authority establishes with the present tender a framework for the leasing of cars, including delivery, service, maintenance and related services. The aim is to ensure an economically advantageous, operationally secure and environmentally sustainable car fleet that supports the contracting authority's ongoing needs. The tender includes both operational leasing and related services throughout the leasing period.
