The total contractor's scope of work includes the planning and execution of construction services. 1 hall and 3 hall complexes, each with 3 halls, are to be constructed:

Planning services: expected to start from 12/2026 (prior to award) Object and specialist planning from LPh 4 of the HOAI, BIM planning and documentation according to AIA

Construction services: Completion: 24 months after award

Total GFA: 20,500 m2

Total GIA: 201,000 m3

Eaves height: 8.0 m

Roof as a flat-pitched gable roof construction.

Including all storage-related installations.

Including all above- and below-ground developments in the construction area.

Heating to +10°C through component activation (floor heating).

Office and social spaces as an extension, containers for housing the house connection spaces and additional WC and cleaning supplies rooms.

3 hall sizes: Type S – Axis dimension 13.5 m

Type M – Axis dimension 22 m

Type L – Axis dimension 35.2 m

Storage types: Hall 1 (S) – Pallet racking

Hall 2-4 (L+L+M) – Pallet racking

Hall 5-7 (L+L+M) – Block storage with 2 storage platforms

Hall 8-10 (L+L+M) – Block storage with 1 storage platform
