The subject of the present tender is the general planning for the renovation of the ice rink "Echte Helden Arena", Ensisheimer Straße 1, 79110 Freiburg im Breisgau. The scope of the assignment shall include the following planning disciplines: building planning, structural engineering, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC (TA-HLSK), electrical and technical building equipment (TA-ELT/GA), fire protection and building physics. A two-stage negotiation procedure with a public selection competition and negotiation phase will be conducted in accordance with § 119 Abs. 5 GWB in conjunction with §§ 14, 17 and 73, 74 ff VgV, with a selection phase (1st stage) and an award phase (2nd stage) for general planning services according to HOAI Part 3, Section 1, § 33 ff., for the general renovation of the ice rink "Echte Helden Arena" in Freiburg im Breisgau.
