Poland – Lamps and light fittings – Modernizacja oświetlenia zewnętrznego na terenie Gmin Turek, Mikstat oraz Gminy Miejskiej Turek

The subject of the contract is the modernisation of street lighting in the areas of the Gminy of Turek, Mikstat and the Gmina Miejska of Turek, divided into 3 parts. The total scope of all works includes the replacement and installation of fittings equipped with a remote management system with a 10-year subscription in the amount of 1 404 units.

2. The detailed scope of modernisation contains a description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter “OPZ”) constituting Annex No. 1 to the Specification of Contract Conditions (hereinafter SWZ), which consists of: − assembly lists (Annex No. 1 to OPZ), − location maps with legend (Annex No. 2 and 2A to OPZ), − photometric calculations (Annex No. 3 to OPZ), − items of work (Annex No. 4 to OPZ). The above documents constituting the description of the subject of the contract are annexes to the SWZ. All the obligations of the Contractor are included in the contract project in accordance with the content of Annex No. 10 to the SWZ.

NOTE: 1) Due to the lump-sum nature of the remuneration, the Contracting Authority only provisionally provides the “Items of Work” relating to the subject of the contract – they do not, however, constitute a description of the subject of the contract. The valuation of the works should also be carried out on the basis of the remaining documents. 2) In the event that questions arise at the stage of preparing the offer, the answers given by the Contracting Authority are binding - they oblige the Contractor to implement the subject of the contract in accordance with the content of the answers given, regardless of the scope and description of the work to be carried out as contained in the SWZ.

Other requirements of the Contracting Authority: 1) The Contracting Authority recommends that the Contractor, in his own interest, carries out a local inspection of the area where the works covered by the subject of the contract are to be carried out. The Contracting Authority does not envisage the rejection of the Contractor's offer due to the non-organisation of the above-mentioned local inspection; 2) Key parts of the contract for personal execution by the Contractor: not envisaged 3) The Contracting Authority allows the submission of partial offers for individual parts of the contract
