Czechia – Electronic, electromechanical and electrotechnical supplies – RÁMCOVÁ DOHODA NA DODÁVKY DOBÍJECÍCH STANIC AC 22 KW

The subject of this tender procedure is the conclusion of Framework Agreements containing contractual terms for the fulfilment of individual sub-contracts for the supply of AC charging stations with a capacity of 22 kW with a maximum of three (3) Participants for each Part of the Public Contract. The Public Contract is divided into two separate Parts in accordance with § 35 ZZVZ as follows:

Part A of the Public Contract: Charging Stand 2x22kW and Wallbox 1x22kW

Part B of the Public Contract: Wallbox 2x22kW

The Supplier is entitled to submit a Request to Participate in any Part of the Public Contract or combination of Parts of the Public Contract. If the Supplier submits a Request to Participate in more than one Part of the Public Contract, it must submit a separate Request to Participate for each such Part of the Public Contract. The Contracting Authority will then invite the Supplier to submit a Preliminary Bid/Bid in those Parts of the Public Contract for which it has submitted a Request to Participate and has demonstrated compliance with the qualification criteria set by the Contracting Authority. The Supplier is entitled to submit a Preliminary Bid/Bid for all Parts of the Public Contract in which it has been invited by the Contracting Authority. The Preliminary Bid/Bid must be submitted separately for each individual Part of the Public Contract. Detailed information is provided in the tender documentation.
