The services requested in the context of this procurement procedure are the security and reception services at the WDR site Funkhaus Düsseldorf:

1. Location of service: WDR property in Düsseldorf (Funkhaus)

Service: Reception service

Hours per year: approx. 10,500

2. Location of service: WDR property in Düsseldorf (Funkhaus)

Service: Special guarding

Hours per year: approx. 2,000

3. Location of service: WDR property in Düsseldorf (Funkhaus)

Service: Event protection (VA protection)

Hours per year: approx. 200

4. Location of service: Regierungsbezirk Düsseldorf

Service: Alarm interventions (incl. EMA alarm connection AES/NSL for one location)

Hours per year: approx. 12 trips

5. Location of service: Regierungsbezirk Düsseldorf

Service: Guarding of transmission vehicles/equipment

Hours per year: approx. 900

The anticipated start of services is 01.03.2027. WDR is entitled to terminate the framework contract for the first time at the end of the third contract year or at the end of the fourth contract year or at the end of the fifth contract year with a notice period of three months. The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.
