France – Preventive maintenance services – Maintien en Condition Opérationnelle (MCO) des équipements spéciaux d'infrastructure des stations de Transmission Autocommutation Modulation (TAM) de l'Armée de l'Air et de l'Espace.

Operational Maintenance (MCO) of the special infrastructure equipment of the Transmission Autocommutation Modulation (TAM) stations of the French Air and Space Force. For Operational Maintenance (MCO), the services requested are essentially third and fourth level technical actions as defined in the NFX 60 000, NFX 60-319, and NF EN 13306 standards. Exceptionally and at the request of the GAIA, the contractor may be required to carry out first and second level maintenance interventions. The description of the services falling within the scope of the framework agreement project is defined in Article 2 of the Consultation Regulations "candidacy phase", a document freely downloadable via the State Procurement Platform (PLACE), www.marches-publics.gouv.fr. The framework agreement includes an estimated minimum amount of 50 000€ excluding tax and a maximum of 600 000€ excluding tax for each 1 year period, renewable 6 times from the date of notification.
