Services for organising training courses for the target group, within the project "FORUM CTS - Operational Training for Medical Human Resources in Blood Transfusion Centres", Code MySMIS 352535, in accordance with the terms of reference. Pursuant to the provisions of Article 160 of Law 98/2016 on public procurement, as amended by Government Emergency Ordinance 107/2017 for the amendment and completion of certain normative acts with an impact in the field of public procurement, interested economic operators will request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation 18 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, and, pursuant to Article 161 of Law 98/2016, as amended by Government Emergency Ordinance 107/2017, the contracting authority's response will be transmitted 11 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. Any request for clarification must be signed with an extended electronic signature, based on a qualified certificate, issued by an accredited certification service provider under the law and uploaded to SEAP.
