The subject of the procurement is the acquisition of Event Organisation Services for 36 experts in the form of an integrated service package, as follows: 1) Event Organisation Services 2) Conference room hire for the event 3) Accommodation services for a maximum of 36 participants 4) Catering/Table service 5) Transport Services

Number of days until which requests for clarification can be submitted before the deadline for submission of tenders: 17 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/additional information by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
