France – Pipes and fittings – ACCORD CADRE NATIONAL DE FOURNITURE DE TUBES ET ACCESSOIRES PRÉ-ISOLÉS POUR RÉSEAUX DE CHALEUR ET ASSISTANCE TECHNIQUE À LA M.O.A

Consultation for the establishment of a framework agreement for the supply of pre-insulated pipes and accessories for heat networks, studies and technical assistance to the project owner during the work implementation phase. This framework agreement aims to be used in mainland France by Dalkia and its affiliated companies responsible for the operation of heat networks or likely to carry out work on heat networks, in particular 2ERT and Climatelec. This is a single-award framework agreement with call-off orders, with a duration of one year renewable once by tacit extension (i.e. a maximum of 2 years). It is concluded with a minimum guaranteed order value of 9 million euros excluding VAT over the total duration of the contract and a maximum order value of 20 million euros excluding VAT over the total duration of the contract, and does not confer exclusivity on the contractor for the needs of the contracting entity.
