The subject of this tender is the delivery, installation and commissioning of the catering equipment for the new canteen of the Wäldchenschule Arnum in Hemmingen. The canteen is designed to cater for up to 360 pupils. The delivery will be hot, using the Cook-&-Hold method. The tender includes stainless-steel furniture, a food-service counter, dishwashing equipment with a hood-type dishwasher, refrigeration units, mobile units, a day kitchen with domestic appliances, and optional maintenance services.
