The contract object The procurement concerns a service contract under which the supplier shall implement and provide a cloud-based case management system for automatic alarms and authority cases ("MOA system") within the framework of project MOA. The assignment includes both an initial delivery commitment to be carried out in project form ("Implementation Project"), and a subsequent commitment to provide outsourced operation, support and maintenance according to agreed service levels, with the possibility for RSG to procure additional IT services such as configuration, data migration, integrations, training, resource support and further development ("Management Commitment"). More detailed prerequisites and conditions for the assignment will be set out in the tender documentation, including contract documents with agreed requirements, service levels, implementation plan and management plan. The assignment shall be carried out as a combined overall commitment where the Supplier, under its own strict result and management responsibility, is responsible for delivering a fully functional MOA system in accordance with the agreed functional and quality requirements that follow from the Agreement included in the Invitation to Tender. The overall commitment includes the Implementation Project and the Management Commitment. Development, adaptation and implementation of the MOA system shall be carried out in accordance with the Implementation Project's time and activity plan in stages to a fixed price and be completed and approved by RSG no later than a delivery date specified in the Agreement. Once the MOA system has been approved for delivery, the Supplier shall be responsible for outsourced operation, support, maintenance, further development and other management services of the MOA system. The Management Commitment is carried out against a fixed management fee, which shall also include full compensation for RSG's right to use the MOA system for the entire contract period.
