The subject of the contract is the execution of assembly and construction works following the preparation of design and cost documentation for the adaptation of the surface, purchase and installation of eight tent halls in the "design and build" system. Defects liability period: 60 months - according to art. 568 § 1 of the Civil Code. 5. Guarantee period for replacement planting: 36 months (if indicated in the felling decision). 6. The contractor will carry out maintenance and inspections free of charge for 60 months from the date of handover of the facility for use (within the scope of the completed task): aggregates, oil heaters, flue gas detection systems. 7. Required completion date of the contract with the achievement of the material effect: Construction documentation – 58 days from the date of signing the contract Construction works – by 31.01.2028.
