The property service aims for the contractor to address urgent faults in the properties outside of regular working hours in a quick, smooth and cost-effective manner. The purpose of a quick response is to avoid more extensive damage and to remove the risk of consequential damage to our properties, as well as to maintain a high level of service for our tenants. Examples of urgent faults that the property service should be able to handle include: shutting off leaking water, sucking up water, changing fuses, lending out appliances, restarting pumps and fans, removing laundry from communal washing and drying machines, cleaning up contamination in communal areas, addressing blockages in water traps and toilet seats, covering broken glass panes and similar.
