Greece – Primary school construction work – «ΑΝΕΓΕΡΣΗ 4ΟΥ ΟΛΟΗΜΕΡΟΥ ΔΗΜΟΤΙΚΟΥ ΣΧΟΛΕΙΟΥ ΔΗΜΟΥ ΜΑΡΚΟΠΟΥΛΟΥ ΜΕΣΟΓΑΙΑΣ»

The study – construction of the project «RENOVATION OF THE FULL-TIME PRIMARY SCHOOL OF MARKOPOULO MESOGEIAS» will be built on a plot of 3,801.71 sq.m. owned by the Municipality of Markopoulo. The building will be two-storey with a total covered area of 1,595.48 sq.m. and a built-up area of 2,078.12 sq.m. (ground floor and first floor) with a basement of 84.88 sq.m., semi-outdoor spaces on the ground floor and first floor with a total area of 773.41 sq.m., with external areas of 281.56 sq.m. and a basement of 946.42 sq.m. (auxiliary spaces, car parking spaces). Twelve classrooms with boys' and girls' toilets will be built on both the ground floor and the first floor, while the laboratory rooms and the integration room will be located on the first floor. On the ground floor, the administrative areas and the multi-purpose hall will be located. Finally, on the ground floor, a canteen and a kitchen will be located, while the library will be on the first floor. A basketball-volleyball court will be built and the surrounding area as well as parts of the roof will be landscaped. Specifically, it concerns the preparation and drafting of all kinds of studies, main/supporting/researches etc., as well as the construction of any building and electromechanical works, to cover the needs of the building programme.
