The basic service of structural design (phases 1-6) shall be procured in accordance with § 51 HOAI 2021, as well as, if necessary, any Special Services in phase 8. The Grundschule Auf dem Loh in Hannover is a 4-track school, consisting of a listed old building from 1899 and a two-story sports hall extension from 1977. The project's aim is to expand it into an inclusive and barrier-free all-day school. Comprehensive renovation and refurbishment measures in the existing building, as well as the creation of additional areas, are required for this. The accommodation of the areas required for all-day operation, including the canteen, is to be developed within the scope of the planning. Whether these are realised within the existing structure or created through additional new buildings is part of the planning task. It will also be examined whether the existing sports hall is renovated, expanded, or replaced by a new building.
