The CIVIS wishes to select, through this consultation, a service provider for the supply of fixed telephony solutions (post and pre-disconnection of RTC), site interconnection, Internet access and mobility. The objectives of the consultation are as follows:

- Business continuity

- Adaptation of the proposed solutions to the uses of the CIVIS and their evolutions:

- Supply of services meeting the needs of the CIVIS

- Importance of both technical and financial metrology

- Importance of the contractor's involvement and quality approach

- Importance of the scalability of solutions throughout the life of the contract

- Control and optimisation of the CIVIS' telecommunications expenditure
