Germany – Floor-covering work – CCCLXX-1-2026-TR-RV-Bodenbelagsarbeiten

The framework agreement being tendered covers the maintenance of buildings in the area of floor covering work for Wohnbau Mainz (usually in occupied state) within the city limits. The specific content and scope of the work, as well as the location and time of its performance, are detailed in the respective individual order. The work will be carried out in company-owned and managed residential buildings in Mainz and its suburbs. The renovation of the apartments may consist of individual rooms or parts thereof, but also of several rooms, complete apartments or stairwells. The contractor will only become active on the basis of a separate order from the client. The total contract volume is estimated at 400,000 € annually (net). It is planned to award the contract volume via individual orders to up to 4 companies. The contractor has no claim to a minimum annual turnover. A minimum number of orders is not guaranteed. Contract duration The contract will be concluded for two years. It will be extended by one further year (max. two extension options) if it is not terminated in writing at least 3 months before its respective expiry. The timeliness of the termination is decisive for the receipt of the termination letter at the AG or AN. Start of performance: 01.12.2026 End of performance: 30.11.2028 (2 x extension option of one year each) Tender notice In the 1st phase of the tender, the so-called participation competition, it is necessary for you to upload the documents from the "Competition Conditions" via Subreport. We have initially only attached the LV in Excel format for information so that you can see which works are ultimately to be carried out. We will only need the completed LV in Phase 2 of the tender.
