France – Maintenance of information technology software – Marché de redevances, location, support technique des logiciels de CAO et prestations d’accompagnement pour l’IN2P3

For a fee, the contractor grants the IN2P3 the use of software products from the DS offer. The licenses associated with these products listed in the present contract, are either leased or acquired by the IN2P3 and usable through an annual right of use. In accordance with its offer, the contractor processes the order and delivers it electronically to the electronic delivery address indicated by the contracting authority on the order form. The contractor must provide maintenance for the licenses listed in the Schedule of Unit Prices (SUP) and the Estimated Quantity Breakdown (EQB), as well as their updates and any new products that may arise during the contract period in accordance with Article 9.3.1 of the present CCP regarding the updating of references and licenses. The right to use each reference of a DS offer covered by the present contract is subject to the associated license model. Three (3) license models are involved: • Token-Based License; • Concurrent License; • Named User License.
