PHASE CANDIDATURE The present consultation regulation concerns the award procedure for the design and works contract for the project to expand and restructure the operating theatre of the Centre Hospitalier des Escartons de Briançon. The operation involves the restructuring of the operating theatre of the Centre Hospitalier des Escartons de Briançon (CHEB), including a functional extension by reallocating adjacent surfaces to the existing operating theatre. The operating theatre, built about twenty years ago, now has limitations in terms of functional organisation, reception capacity and adaptation to new care methods. Malfunctions have been identified in particular in terms of patient circulation, management of logistics flows and sizing of certain spaces. The operation therefore aims to modernise and optimise the operation of the operating theatre in order to meet the current and future needs of the establishment, in a context marked by strong seasonality of activity and evolution of care. The operation will be carried out on the occupied site, with the maintenance of hospital activity, which implies an organisation of the works adapted to the constraints of continuity of the public hospital service. The total surface area of the project is estimated at: 1 390 m2 of floor area (excluding technical premises) The estimated cost of the works is set at: 3.5 Million € HT
