Slovakia – Repair, maintenance and associated services related to aircraft and other equipment – Generálne a stredné opravy špeciálnej techniky (plynové a tlakové zariadenia) leteckej prevádzkovej služby (LPS)

The subject of the contract is the performance of general and medium repairs of special aviation operational service equipment – designated gas and pressure equipment in accordance with approved technical conditions. The contracting authority requires the performance of a state quality inspection (ŠOK) for the total scope of work. In the case of general repairs, the implementation of quality inspection in the scope of the Slovak Defence Standard SOŠ AQAP 2130 is required. Repairs of the equipment will be carried out continuously, during the calendar year, based on issued orders. The said special equipment LPS is a product of the defence industry listed under item VM 10 of the Common List of Defence Industry Products of the Delegated Directive of the Commission (EU) 2026/325 of 27 October 2025 and the Notice of the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic on the issuance of measure No. 1/2026 of 21 May 2026 (published under No. 109/2026 Z. z.), which issues the list of defence industry products according to § 43 letter a) of Act No. 392/2011 Z. z. on trading in defence industry products and amending and supplementing certain laws.
