Description
The subject of the contract is a task involving the implementation of an intelligent water supply network management system for Miejski Zakład Wodociągów i Kanalizacji Sp. z o.o. in Myślenice. The subject of the contract consists of two Tasks (parts):
Task 1 - Construction of an intelligent monitoring and management system for the water supply network
Task 2 - Supply, installation and commissioning of a remote reading system for intake points
1.1. The scope of the contract for Task 1 includes:
1. Supply, installation and commissioning of 60 measuring points. A detailed description of the individual points is provided in the project “Project for the location of flow and pressure measurement points and water balancing zones in the water supply network of MZWiK Sp. z o.o. in Myślenice”, which is an element of the OPZ.
2. Supply, implementation and calibration of a dynamic water supply network model with automatic calibration function.
3. Supply and implementation of a module for balancing zones supporting the current exploitation of the network.
4. Expansion of the existing SCADA system with a historical data module and web access.
5. Implementation of the hydraulic model integration with the billing system and the SCADA system.
6. Conducting training for system users and administrators for a minimum of 40 hours.
7. Preparation of the Operating, Exploitation and Maintenance Instructions for the intelligent monitoring and management system.
8. Preparation of post-construction documentation.
9. Provision of technical and service support for a period of at least 24 months.
1.2. The scope of the contract for Task 2 includes:
1. Supply and implementation of a stationary remote water meter reading system.
2. Implementation of the integration of the supplied system with the ordering party's billing system.
3. Supply and installation of 4000 units of adapters for stationary remote reading of water meters.
4. Conducting training for system users and administrators for a minimum of 24 hours.
5. Preparation of the Operating, Exploitation and Maintenance Instructions for the stationary remote water meter reading system.
6. Preparation of post-construction documentation.
7. Provision of all subscription fees for the operation of the system for a period of 5 years.
8. Provision of technical and service support for a period of at least 24 months.
