Kitchen equipment for the Mengendamm primary school in Hannover. The contract includes: canteen kitchen with two combi steamers and workbench system; dishwashing area with double-basket dishwasher, wet waste cooler and furniture; cold room incl. refrigeration system and furniture; five tea kitchens, each consisting of kitchen unit and electrical appliances. The building to be constructed will be planned and executed according to the certification system of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) in accordance with the 2018 New Building Criteria Catalogue and the usage profile "New Construction of Educational Buildings (NBI)". Furthermore, a QNG certification is being sought for the building. The contractor is required to ensure that the requirements for obtaining the DGNB Silver Certificate and the QNG requirements are not compromised and to provide their services accordingly. The assessment system will be applied throughout the planning and construction phases. In this regard, cooperative collaboration and coordination of the contractor with all parties involved in the construction is essential.
