Germany – Architectural, engineering and planning services – Neubau Pestalozzi-Schule Rastatt - Generalplanung

The Landratsamt Rastatt intends to construct the new Pestalozzi-Schule for intellectually disabled children on the site of the Handelslehranstalt Rastatt. The subject of this tender is the general planning services for the project:

- Building design, §§ 33 ff. HOAI, LPH 1 - 9, including the demolition planning of the existing car park as part of the requested service.

- Landscape design, §§ 38 ff. HOAI, LPH 1 - 9

- Structural design, §§ 49 ff. HOAI, LPH 1 - 8

- Building services, §§ 53 ff. HOAI for plant groups 1-6+8

- Fire protection planning

The cost estimate (as of January 2026) is approximately 13.8 million € gross. The contracting authority will proceed with step-by-step commissioning. Initially, in a first step, LPH 1-4 will be commissioned. There is no legal entitlement to the overall commission.
