Framework agreement for security services - site protection

The contracting authority operates facilities and infrastructure of critical infrastructure (KRITIS) and ensures essential supply services for the population and economy. To ensure the physical security of the operating sites and to support the legal resilience requirements, the contracting authority intends to award security services in the area of separate guard services as well as patrol and site services. The services include, in particular, the protection of security-relevant facilities, the carrying out of access and entry controls, patrols, as well as measures for hazard prevention and incident management. Due to the particular need for protection of the facilities, there are increased requirements for the qualification, reliability, organisation and security management of the security service providers used.
