The operation involves restoring the roofs and façade protection works of the buildings of the Palais des Beaux-Arts, at the level of the wings and pavilion of Boulevard de la Liberté and Rue Gauthier de Châtillon. These works include thermal renovation, with the replacement of ventilation equipment and the treatment of the insulation of existing elements. It follows a first phase of restoration which covered: 1/ The pavilion, rotunda and service tower located at the corner of Rue Gauthier de Châtillon and Place de la République, 2/ The main body Place de la République, 3/ The pavilion, rotunda and service tower located at the corner of Boulevard de la Liberté and Place de la République.
