skeyes intends to conclude a framework agreement with a leasing company that offers the possibility to subscribe to a bicycle leasing contract for staff members according to the principles of salary exchange (gross). The number of bicycles to be delivered on lease will depend on the success of this opportunity among staff members. The size of this market is estimated at 300 bicycles over the total duration of the market (indicative). skeyes aims to minimize the administrative burden, both for itself and for employees who wish to use the bicycle leasing system. skeyes wishes to conclude a framework agreement with one (1) contractor. The framework agreement will have an initial duration of two (2) years (renewable for one (1) year). During this period, the employee will have the possibility to order a bicycle through this framework agreement. The leasing duration may extend beyond the duration of the framework agreement. This is a framework agreement in which the conditions and provisions of the services to be respected during the execution of subsequent contracts (the individual contracts for employees) will be agreed. The leasing company has no exclusivity and there is no obligation to purchase or obligation of volume for skeyes. The duration of individual leases is flexible with a maximum of thirty-six (36) months. skeyes wishes to provide a complete and qualitative range of bicycles to its employees. To this end, the framework agreement includes, among others, the following "types" of bicycles: • classic electric bicycle • electric cargo bicycle • folding electric bicycle • speed pedelec • classic non-electric bicycle • non-electric mountain bike • electric mountain bike • non-electric road bike • electric road bike • gravel bike
