The subject of the performance of public contracts awarded in the established DNS will be the provision of the elimination of the consequences of extraordinary events with a leak of substances, which may worsen or endanger the quality of surface and groundwater on land transport infrastructure managed by ŘSD s. p. The elimination of an extraordinary event with a leak of substances for these purposes means the removal of the consequences of an accident or hazardous condition. When addressing the elimination of the consequences of an accident/hazardous condition on land transport infrastructure managed by ŘSD s. p., remedial work is carried out on affected water management structures (DUN, RN, SN, ORL) drainage, culverts and all other drainage elements of the land transport infrastructure. In the event of soil contamination outside the carriageway, the remedial work also includes the removal of soil and terrain adjustments, including the adjustment of banks, slopes and watercourses.
