The subject of this EU-wide tender is the procurement of an operational, state-of-the-art high-pressure, flushing and vacuum tanker for municipal use. To optimally utilise competition, the service is divided into two independent technical lots: Lot 1 (Chassis): Delivery of a brand-new truck chassis (2-axle, maximum permissible gross weight 18 tonnes, emission stage Euro 6E, engine power at least 230kW +/- 10%) including the specific municipal electrics, interfaces (CAN-Bus) and auxiliary drives, which are essential for the operation of the suction and flushing superstructure and must be supplied ex works. Delivery is made free of charge to the superstructure manufacturer from Lot 2. Lot 2 (Superstructure): Manufacture, assembly, technical integration and operational delivery of a combined high-pressure flushing and vacuum tank superstructure (sludge and water tank volume, high-pressure pump, vacuum pump) on the supplied chassis from Lot 1, including radio remote control, seamless technical coordination with the chassis supplier and subsequent personnel training and factory acceptance. Bidders can submit offers for a single lot or a combination offer for the totality of both lots. The operational handover of the complete vehicle to the client is scheduled for September 2028.
