Final audit of the ASFINAG Group. This includes the final audit and audit-related services for ASFINAG and its subsidiaries for the financial year-end 31.12.2027 and, upon call-off from the framework agreement, for up to a further six years (each for the audit of the consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and the annual financial statements of the included companies in accordance with UGB, as well as the audit of the consolidated sustainability reporting). It also includes obligations in accordance with Rule 14.3.8 of the Federal Public Corporate Governance Code.
