The procurement covers the following sub-sectors: Sub-sector 1, Coffee Break: The sub-sector includes delivery or catering of coffee break or meals. Examples of included goods are common bakery and confectionery products such as buns, cakes, pastries, as well as cold lunches such as salads, sandwiches. Drinks are also included, for example smoothies, coffee, juice, tea, and water dispensers. Sub-sector 2, Catering: The sub-sector includes delivery of, and catering for, catering services. The sub-sector relates to common products and services for catering activities, including catering, staff, hot food, buffet, multi-course meal or finger food. Alcohol may also be included.
