The subject of the procurement is the procurement and delivery of milk and dairy products for the needs of kindergartens, primary and secondary schools and student homes of the City of Zagreb (users) whose founder is the City of Zagreb CPV code and title: 15500000-3 DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF PROCUREMENT The list of users with addresses is in the annex to the procurement documentation. The health suitability and quality of foodstuffs must be in accordance with the valid regulations on quality for the subject goods, namely in accordance with: • Food Act (NN 18/23), • Food Hygiene Act and Microbiological Criteria for Food (NN 83/22), • Act on Consumer Information on Food (NN 56/13, 14/14, 56/16, 32/19) • Act on General Use Items (NN 39/13, 47/14, 114/18, 53/22) or • Act on Materials and Items that come into direct contact with food (NN 25/13, 41/14, 114/18, 27/24), • Consumer Protection Act (NN 19/22, 59/23, 59/26), and the implementing regulations of national and EU legislation.
