Germany – Joinery work – Sanierung Baulich-Technische Infrastruktur: Tischlerarbeiten

The content of the services listed in the specification is the provision of carpentry work consisting of: cabinet conversions, wall cladding and free-swinging door closers, dismantling of wooden door elements, approx. 20 units, new installation of wooden doors, VD and T30-RS, 1-leaf, approx. 23 units, free-swinging door closers with RMZ, approx. 285 units, dismantling and re-installation of adapted wooden wall cladding, approx. 250 m², dismantling, re-installation and new installation of wooden cabinet cladding, approx. 500 m², dismantling and re-installation of wooden office cabinets, approx. 75 m². Attention: This tender includes maintenance services. Deadlines for completion: Work is to commence within 12 working days after receipt of the invitation by the contracting authority (Section 5, Paragraph 2, Sentence 2, VOB/B). The invitation will be sent to you by 17.12.2026. The service is to be completed (ready for acceptance) within 390 working days after the above-mentioned deadline for commencement of work (5 working days/week) see also Appendix 1 of the Special Contractual Conditions VHB-214.
