Each lot will be the subject of a separate award. The services are paid for by lump sums. Located at the heart of the Protected Area for the Enhancement of the Heritage of the City of Saint-Omer, this project is part of an ambitious vision to transform the Departmental Conservatory by 2030, with the aim of rationalising and improving teaching sites. The heritage building will become a versatile venue, ideal for the dissemination and teaching of early music, voice, theatre and collective practices via the nearly 200-seat auditorium, two large collective practice rooms and other spaces. The expectations of the renovation are as follows: - Meeting the programming and heritage challenges of a building listed in the "historical monuments" inventory - Addressing structural issues, - Acoustic treatment, - Obtaining the BBC Rénovation Effinergie label
