Germany – Construction project management services – Zubau einer Zweifeldhalle am Standort Heidacker 13 in Hamburg - Projektsteuerungsleistungen in Anlehnung an § 2 in Verbindung mit Anhang B AHO Heft Nr. 9

The Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg established the state-owned enterprise SBH | Schulbau Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH) on 1 January 2013, pursuant to Section 26 (1) of the State Budget Act. This state-owned enterprise is tasked with planning, constructing, maintaining, and managing school properties in consideration of educational needs and in accordance with economic principles, and leasing approximately 350 schools to the Authority for Schools and Vocational Training (BSB). The school properties include all land and buildings used for educational purposes by state and vocational schools. The total area of all state general and vocational schools is approximately 9.1 million m², and the total usable area is approximately 3.1 million m². In this capacity, SBH was commissioned to carry out extension work at a primary school at Heidacker 13, 22523 Hamburg.
