The contracting authority intends to build a new waterworks on the property "Am Wasserwerk 1, 24395 Gelting". According to the current status, the following projects are to be implemented (temporally largely simultaneously) on the property: Project 1: Workshop and office building including filter hall for water softening incl. iron and manganese removal from drinking water. Project 2: Drinking water tank (2 water chambers/drinking water tanks with pump station) with adjoining operating building. Project 3: Sedimentation plant. The subject of this procedure is the awarding of the services of the technical building services (TGA) planning (system groups 7 - KG 470/477 process engineering water and KG 490) according to §§ 53 ff. HOAI for Project 2: Drinking water tank (2 water chambers/drinking water tanks with pump station) with adjoining operating building.
