In accordance with Articles L2113-6 to 8 of the Public Procurement Code, the Department of Hauts de Seine, the Department of Yvelines and the open mixed syndicate Seine Yvelines Voirie have formed, by convention dated 9 June 2022, a purchasing group for the award of a contract for the provision of transposable separators. The present consultation aims to carry out safety operations using transposable devices during interventions and works on the territories of Yvelines and Hauts de Seine. These items are used to mark out and delimit the worksites or to secure an area during emergency interventions. The services provided by the Departments are related to heavy operations and significant interventions in terms of both duration and length. The services provided by Seine Yvelines Voirie are occasional or emergency operations. The provision services in question are as follows: - Delivery and folding of metal elements - Delivery and folding of concrete elements - Delivery and folding of plastic elements - Delivery and folding of K5a cones - Provision of a sweeping vacuum cleaner - Provision of a motor van equipped with a flashing arrow or emergency light - Mobilisation of an emergency intervention team
