The subject of the contract includes, in particular, technical and legal assistance for the renewal of the maintenance and operation contract for the technical installations of the Administrative and Cultural Centre (CAC), together with a technical, legal and financial assistance mission for operational monitoring; for the renewal of the maintenance and operation contract for the thermal installations of the municipal buildings and external properties and a technical, legal and financial assistance mission for operational monitoring and for the monitoring of the Public Service Delegation (DSP) of the heat network.
