The subject of the tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement for auditing services for SWE Stadtwerke Erfurt GmbH and other entitled companies. The procurement procedure will be conducted centrally by SWE Service GmbH as the procurement body and beneficiary. The services to be provided under the contract include the performance of annual financial statement audits, possibly including the audit of management reports, as well as other auditing services related to legal, corporate, or committee requirements, provided these are ordered individually. The services are to be provided for companies within the Stadtwerke Erfurt Group's corporate environment, which operate in various business areas, particularly in the fields of supply, environment, mobility, service, and leisure. This may result in different requirements for the scope of audits, audit planning, coordination processes, and reporting. The contract will be concluded as a framework agreement without a minimum purchase quantity. The specific order will be placed annually by way of individual calls and is subject to the respective decision by the competent bodies, in particular the supervisory board or the general meeting of shareholders. There is no entitlement of the contractor to a specific order volume; no revenue or call-off commitment is expressly given. It is also expressly stated that the competent bodies remain authorized to commission other auditors. Therefore, the framework agreement does not constitute exclusivity. The framework agreement merely establishes the basis for future individual orders, without this resulting in a binding obligation to order to a certain extent.
