Explanation: The hospital wishes to conclude a framework agreement for the supply of coffee and related products and services, divided into various lots to meet the diverse use situations within the organisation. Lot 1 “Departmental Coffee (percolators/ground coffee)”: Supply of ground coffee in large volumes for percolators on departments (use by patients and staff). AZ Klina attaches great importance to the well-being of its employees and patients and wishes them to enjoy qualitative and tasty coffee on all services. Within this lot, only the supply of ground coffee is intended, intended for use in the existing hot beverage facilities within the hospital. The supply of coffee machines, maintenance or technical services is not part of this lot. Current situation (for information only) The current hot beverage provision within AZ Klina uses Bravalor coffee machines that work with ground coffee. AZ Klina does not use instant coffee or frozen coffee for this lot. This information is provided only for context and creates no obligation for the tenderers within this lot. Lot 2 “Vending Coffee”: Placement, maintenance and operation of fully automatic coffee machines. AZ Klina attaches importance to the well-being of employees, patients and visitors and wishes to provide qualitative hot beverages via fully automatic coffee machines at various locations within the hospital. This lot includes the entire package of: o the delivery of new (non-refurbished and non-second-hand) fully automatic coffee machines; o the placement, commissioning and provision (rental, lease or loan); o technical maintenance, descaling and repairs; o weekly cleaning and restocking; o the supply of ingredients and accessories; as further described in this tender and the accompanying appendices. The service provision concerns a full service formula, in which all costs are included and AZ Klina is fully taken care of. Current situation (for information only) At certain locations within AZ Klina, there are currently 8 fully automatic coffee machines in use, some of these machines are equipped with a cashless payment system. Lot 3: Coffee Cup and Pad Systems. This lot includes the supply of coffee cups or coffee pads, including the corresponding coffee cup or coffee pad machines, accessories and consumables. Specifically, the assignment includes: • the supply of coffee cups or coffee pads suitable for use in the systems offered by the tenderer; • the supply of necessary accessories for correct and hygienic use; • the supply of coffee cup/pad machines. The assignment is mainly aimed at the continuous supply of the cups or pads and does not include any mandatory purchase of machines or accessories. Current situation (for information only) Currently, there are 11 coffee machines based on cups in use within AZ Klina. Lot 4 “Bistro - Fully Automatic Bean Machines”: Supply and maintenance of fully automatic coffee machines. This lot includes: • the provision (rental/loan) of fully automatic coffee machines; • the supply of coffee beans and any related products; • preventive and corrective technical maintenance; • repairs and replacements; • supply of maintenance products; • training, instructions and documentation for daily maintenance by own staff of AZ Klina.
