Denmark – Pharmaceutical products – Amgros 2027 1.1076.a

Amgros I/S (Amgros) is a partnership with the 5 regions as stakeholders. Amgros wishes to enter framework agreements for the medicinal products listed in the individual sub-contracts below, with the aim of supplying the hospitals pharmacies of the stakeholders with medicinal products and potentially reselling to the Faroe Islands and Greenland. Amgros resells the medicinal products to the hospitals pharmacies at Amgros’ purchase price plus a surcharge. The framework agreements are non-exclusive. The framework agreements are entered into without purchase obligation, and the hospitals pharmacies in the regions are not obliged to use Amgros’ framework agreements.
