Denmark – Measuring and control equipment – Rammeaftale vedrørende levering af trådløse dataloggere og sensorer til registrering og opsamling af miljømålinger

For the customer's monitoring of the Danish water environment, a framework agreement is offered concerning the delivery of wireless data loggers with stable water level, temperature and oxygen sensors. The purpose of the procurement is to measure water level, water temperature and oxygen content at 35 selected watercourse stations in Denmark as part of the National Monitoring Programme for Water Environment and Nature (NOVANA). NOVANA’s measurement programme is determined by the customer's Expert Coordination Groups (FKG), which also set the requirements for the measurements, their precision, frequency, etc. The delivery shall consist of a complete functional set containing data logger, water level sensor and oxygen sensor/temperature. The wireless data loggers, which are covered by this agreement, shall be installed and operated by the customer's local employees throughout the country. Measured data shall be delivered directly to the joint public infrastructure for environmental data under Denmark's Environmental Portal (DMP), from where the customer can forward data to various specialist databases, such as VanDa. Delivery of measured data from data loggers shall be via a wireless data connection in the data loggers directly to DMP’s infrastructure in Microsoft Azure (DMP-IoT), bypassing any other cloud solutions. To ensure stable data transfer also at remote and low-lying measuring stations, where reception conditions can be challenging, data loggers shall use stable and nationwide telemetry/network solutions, which are available to the customer. It must also be possible for a field worker, under supervision in the field, to operate a data logger via a direct connection or a wireless connection, directly between the data logger and the field worker's control device, i.e. without using a telemetry solution, so that any weak network coverage does not hinder contact with the logger.
